Eric Marshall: At the Hodges Funds, we remain relatively constructive on the market. We see this as a good time to focus on individual stock selection. So in our portfolios we’re taking this as an opportunity to consolidate into our most highly convicted ideas. In many cases, we’re trimming down the number of stocks and taking advantage of current market conditions where we see areas that may be oversold or misunderstood in the market. We still see this as a relatively good time to be focusing on domestic equities. We are seven years into a market recovery and still think 2016 will present some opportunities. We see solid payroll growth and the housing market continuing to improve.
