Apple CEO Tim Cook Is Absolutely Right (And Wrong) On U.S. Corporate Tax Policy

In an upcoming interview on CBS’s 60 Minutes, Apple CEO Tim Cook states that his company is paying all of the tax it lawfully owes to the U.S. Government. And, he’s right. However, Mr. Cook — being the polite gentleman he is — does not take the next step to say exactly how detrimental U.S. corporate tax policy is to the American industrial base and economy as well as employment.
